		<description>It's going to be interesting to see if Apple uses its patents to try to block major competitors from making handsets.  I'd imagine it would be pretty tricky to stop companies like Nokia. They have strong IP portfolios of their own around mobile.  So, both companies are likely to be infringing each other's IP... in that case, the result is that companies simply cross-license their patent portfolios.</description>
