What I Love About ScobleShow

Are you an entrepreneur? Do you watch ScobleShow? If not, maybe you should. Here’s why.

I guess you know the most valuable thing about attending conferences isn’t hearing the (same old, same old) talks from the same old, same old people. Nope. It’s the conversations that take place off-line that are really useful. That’s because it’s often when people are having conversations that they say the most interesting things… from which you can glean the most useful pieces of knowledge. By useful, I mean bits of information that can help with everything from operations to company strategy to doing deals.

And, I get some of that from ScobleShow. When Scoble gets entrepeneurs and CEOs to talk, they often say things that are interesting and useful to me. It’s not necessarily the main thrust of the interview that’s useful - often it’s a throwaway remark. Just one very small example: right now, I happen to be looking for a good hosting provider, and while Robert was chatting with TailRank’s Kevin Burton, Kevin happened to mention the hosting provider that TailRank uses. That’s gotta be a good one to consider, at least.
